Shipping & Returns

Original paintings

Original oils are one-of-a-kind and are packed and shipped personally from the studio. Smaller works ship at a flat rate; larger works are available by inquiry so we can arrange a shipping quote or local pickup. Most originals ship within 5–7 business days of purchase.

Fine art prints

Prints are made to order and shipped by our print partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, plus transit time. Tracking is provided by email when your order ships.

Returns & damages

Because originals are unique and prints are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@dyanpadgett.com within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging and we will make it right — a replacement (for prints) or a resolution for originals.
