Products & pricing

We aim to describe every work accurately, including medium, size, and colour, though screens vary. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Original paintings are unique — once sold, a piece is no longer available.

Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is confirmed only once payment is completed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in the rare case of a pricing error or if an item is unexpectedly unavailable.

Intellectual property

All artwork, images, and content on this site are the property of Dyan J. Padgett Fine Art and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. Purchasing a work does not transfer reproduction rights.
